Beautiful product/fantastic quality

Beautifully designed product and of a fantastic quality. I love vibraflow function, length and width of ceramic flowing plates, the electronic display, salon quality results, the adjustable temperature settings, the locking mechanism and cover . Recommended improvements: Bigger box - I store my Dyson hairdryer in a box after each use, Stravelle box is too small and the inner packaging is too thin to store the hair straightener comfortably. Cable too short, Dyson hair dryer cable length 2.62cm, Stravelle whole length 2.23cm not 2.5cm as advertised, cable only -excluding straightener and plague 1.89cm. Would like to recommend extending the cable by 50cm. Heat matt protection was not included in the box.

I would give no stars if I could

I would give no stars if I could. I bought these straighteners at the end of September and despite using them at less than the heat of my GHDs they have heat damaged and broken my hair. My hairdresser asked me what I was doing differently, as she had never seen this damage before. The straighteners are to blame. I emailed Stravelle, who promise to reply in 24 hours. They have not done so. This is clearly a scam company as others have noted. I am well within the 90 days but there is zero response to emails. Will they reply to this review it appears unlikely.

The straighteners are ok, i previously had cloud 9 and these are not as great. I was gifted these from my boyfriend I wish he had have listened and bought what I had asked for. My hair does straighten with these but I find it leaves my hair full of static and as far as the vibration stopping hair breakage that’s not true either.
